1. You are seeking admission purely on your own interest and accord.
2. The institute shall not be held responsible for any accident, mishap, injury, or loss occurring with you or caused by you, whether inside or outside the institute premises.
3. The student shall be solely responsible for any disciplinary action, including rustication, due to misconduct, misuse of mobile phones or the internet, or any illegal or indecent activity. In such cases, no refund of fees shall be granted under any circumstances.
4. In case of your selection in any competitive exams such as Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams / NTSE / Olympiads, the institute reserves the right to use your name, photograph, and academic information for promotional purposes (print and electronic media).
5. Motion Education Educational Consultancy Kuwait reserves the right to publish students’ academic results on its official websites, social media platforms, or any other communication channels for publicity and record purposes.
6. You hereby consent to receive communications from the institute via email, SMS, WhatsApp (text, images, videos, or documents), or any other digital medium for updates, academic information, and announcements.
7. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all instructions and policies mentioned in the Information Bulletin and/or published online by the institute.
8. In the matter of refunds, the institute shall not be held responsible until the paid amount is successfully credited to the institute’s official bank account. Once received, the refund process will follow the institute’s refund policy.
9. Each student will be issued an official ID card, which must be carried during all classes and institute activities.
10. If a student remains absent for more than 15 consecutive days without prior written approval, he/she will be deemed to have been expelled from the institute. In such cases, no fee refund will be processed.
11. Any change in residential address or contact details must be communicated to the institute office without delay.
12. The institute may assist in arranging transportation facilities for students; however, the responsibility and liability for the same lie entirely with the students and parents.
13. Admission is valid only for the current academic year and cannot be carried forward or deferred to the next session.
