REFUND POLICY

Dear Students and Parents,

We at Motion Education Educational Consultancy, Kuwait maintain a strict NO REFUND / NO MONEY RETURN / NO ADMISSION CANCELLATION POLICY for all monetary transactions. Once a payment has been made, it will not be refunded, returned, or adjusted against any other existing or future course under any circumstances.

We understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation might appear reasonable. However, please note that substantial academic planning, resources, and efforts are invested in every enrolled student. We are confident that our programs provide strong academic value and will meet your expectations.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this policy may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Transfer Policy

• Transfers to India are not eligible for any refund.
• If a student relocates to another GCC country, their study center may be shifted provided we Motion has center in that country or location. The fees applicable to the new center will be charged.
• This transfer policy does not apply to students relocating back to India.

Refunds in Exceptional Cases (After Course Commencement)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional medical cases, subject to the submission of valid medical prescriptions or reports.

If approved by the management committee:

• The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, after deducting applicable charges.
• A 15% deduction from the total course fee (excluding study material charges) will apply as administrative and admission handling charges.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 90 working days from the date of submission.
• Students who join mid-session may apply for a refund within 15 days from their joining date, subject to the same 15% deduction.
• If a student is not allocated the Science stream upon promotion to Grade 11, the entire fee will be refunded, provided supporting documents are submitted.
• Requests for refunds due to change of school board, curriculum, or personal preferences will not be entertained.
